Pligg
Pligg is an open source content management system that allow
administrators to create social networking or social bookmarking web
sites such as Digg. Visitors create profiles and upload stories or
articles from around the web. Other visitors search, review and rate or
vote on the quality of the stories and can post comments for
discussion. The CMS is fully automated and does not require editing
from the admin.
